• It is buyer responsibility to check the compatibility, no refund issued for wrong purchase regarding this matter.
• All items we sell cannot be returned after delivery being opened, except there is a defect with the product.
• Claims for ‘defect’ product must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• We are not liable to any damage or loss if the item is not covered under insurance. 
• An email approval is required before sending the defect good to us.
• There is no hidden costs to all transactions, all costs have been clearly stated in the transaction process.  Therefore any claim or cancellation  in regards to this matter is not acceptable.
